A few things I notice:
- Lots of key changes, though that probably has more to do with vocal ranges
- Candy turned into a young Whoopi Goldberg...I doubt many girls of 1959 had dreadlocks or cornrows
- Edward (he who sings "Cold") turned into Big Gay Edward, with Harvey Fierstein Wrist Moves...someone tell this kid to tone it down, let him be as proud as he wants, but it's too noticeable and distracting
- Wow...Kunze sounds worse at this part than I thought he would...pitchy all over the place (not as bad as Meat Loaf, but when he held certain notes, he kept going in and out of key like someone flickering a light switch), although that high note in "The Tribe" was nice, and is more indicative of his JCS voice...someone work with him on more appropriate keys and he can nail it for sure
- In addition to the fact that the tone now seems more like a family-centered show, something that never should have happened occurred to keep in line with that: someone fucked with the ending...the ending is supposed to be more uncertain than that...cut the new final lines if you want to preserve the feel established by the original show, which remains in spite of the sanitizing
