I believe the reason JD doesn't ban Susan is because Jim enjoys reading her insane rantings. Jim said in an old interview that he used to call up the $3 a minute dating party lines to listen to endless hours of people on the pull. He said the desperate yearnings of the masses were like music or something. Obviously he is entertained by Susan's ramblings so JD keeps her around. JD said that if Jim wanted her banned she'd be banned... so it's all about what Jimmy wants.
It is a shame that this board and the people who've contributed to it for over a decade have to suffer for the voyeristic pleasures of Jim if that is the case. It is too bad someone can't set up an alterantive refuge board like the last time this board suffered from a Susan infestation. I enjoy everyone here, even the people I disagree with... but, like Pud, I can't abide the lying that comes from her Cake Hole!
