Probably from Lorraine's solo album sessions, Jim was working on with her in 1993/94?

After that album never happened, Jim probably offered it to Celine Dion during the Falling Into You sessions, hence the Celine rumour?

'You Break It, You Bought It' does sound better.

As with any Steinman production, would love to hear it at some point, and I bet Rinkoff has a copy?
