Smeg does not answer in private...nobody answers me in private, not even you, Jacqueline, answers me in private, except Ryan as Mad Hatter apologized for ruining my board. If someone emails to me at ladyofexcess at yahoo.com, I would give a reply. If someone wants to say something in private. Nobody wants to say anything to me in private, Jacqueline. They don't want to know me at all. When I ask for an answer, this is the only place that I can get it. Why don't you want to know why Smeg has put you through so much? I'm sorry that you are upset today, Jacqueline.
