I totally agree with you on that.
I ordered something and on receiving it found it wasn't quite what I expected so I sent an email writen in German explaining my delema.
They replied within 24 hours very politely and in perfect english.
I like it when they send through there E-newsletter in German tho, it's fun trying to translate it.
