I was browsing through my videos the other day & came across the "Bat Out of Hell II Picture Show" tape. A quick browse through Amazon confirms it - this was never released on DVD. I wonder why not? It's a good compilation.
While we're at it, the VH-1 concert that was shown in two parts (the one with the set that looked like Roman ruins) has never been released and really should be. Actually, a DVD double-disc with the "Picture Show" would be the definitive document of the Meat Loaf Renaissance (like the Italian one, but with louder music and less poisonings).
It's probably too much to ask that the "Bad Attitude" concert tape get a DVD release, but I'd certainly buy one!
