For the sake of US$1.00 ?...yes it would.
Justin's idea behind it is NOT to pay for RR, and if that were the case the money would go into something else like a charity or Neverland Chronicles, it's about trying to find a way of weeding out the crazies. Granted the idea might not be a perfect solution, but for the sake of US$1.00 I think it would be worth it.
