I think regardless of which version is better (we could debate forever) BFG was intended as a Bat album. Hence most of the BFG songs were included on later Bat albums. So Steinman can and will likely use some of his songs from Bat 1, BFG, Bat 2, Bat 3 (if he likes) and Body/Children.
