| Yep, not only is the track indexing between Louder and Good Girls completely wrong, they've cut off the end of the bagpipes which now lead clumsily straight into the sax intro of good girls like never before. And the sound in general - Guitars and drums are loud. I believe there used to be some nice bass parts on Bat 2, but they ain't there aymore according to the remaster. In fact, most of the nice parts are gone. Synpads are up front, guitars are on top of the vocals. It's fucked. Someone else shoot me down on that one if ou like, but I think it's a fairly universal opinion. The remaster is the only version I have ripped to my laptop, therefore I skip Bat 2 songs everytime they come up. They're just too offputting. And the design / packaging appears to be alot better on the three disc as well. I don't have the 3 disc, but I wish I did. I'll get it one of these days soon. Plenty of typos and oversights on the 2 disc, oh and the bonus disc is shite. So, actually, the 2 disc version has nothing going for it whatsoever. > If the two disc edition is the one I am thinking of, there > are some problems with it. One thing I noticed is that > the bagpipes at were originally at the end of Everything > Louder are at the begining of Good Girls Go To Heaven. > > > What don't you like about it? > > > > > > > > > The remastering on the two disc version sucks. | |
