I couldn't sleep one night and I was looking over at my copy of "Bat Out Of Hell" on the shelf. I came up with this "interpretative monologue" about what's happening on the cover by Richard Corben. Next day, before a friend had to record some demos with me, I recorded myself reciting the monologue, stuck on a reverb, and added a string of "Steinman highlights". It's sorta like "Pandora's Box-Room By Room" but much quicker
