| I'm surprised Jim & Des never got together to co-write (especially in the late 80's). Meat has said in interview (1995) that he wanted them to co-write for 'Welcome To The Neighbourhood', but obviously it never came off. Jim was gonna write for Aerosmith in '87/'88, but got replaced by Desmond. Aside from musicals, I guess Jim prefers working alone on songs. BTW - Secret Dreams & Bat 3 prove that Jim produces a Child song, ten times better than Des producing Steinman? > > http://img125.imagevenue.com/img.php?image=23431_Demondchildinterview_122_793lo.jpg > > > Interview from 1991 where Desmond talks about Jim's > involvement in the creation of "If You Were a Woman (And I > Was a Man)". > > - Danny. > > | |
