| I finally read this for the first time, after downloading from you. Every Jim Steinman fan should read this. Lot's of good stuff, much of which I didn't know. I found that the title Everything is Permitted coming from the Assassins of the crusade era interesting. I just read a book on this and found it fascinating, whether Jim intended this or not. His film version of Neverland is really out there. Especially the mutant platypus with the ticking geiger counter. A little funny how his choice filmmakers were considered the rebels of that era, and the more mainstream today. Can't imagine Coppola or Lucas taking this on. Better bet with DePalma, with films like Phantom of the Paradise and Dressed To Kill. A young Speilberg would have been great. I'd be interested to know exactly how violent and strange the final product would have turned out. Clockwork mixed with Star Wars. Coulda been cool. Oh well. Thanks again for making this available. :) | |
