I read I'll Sleep When I'm Dead, the Warren Zevon oral biography (the entire book is composed of quotes), and it is amazing! An excellent book, if anyone is at all interested in the late, great singer-songwriter.
Anyway, the reason I'm bringing it up is that, at one point, Warren Zevon remarked to a friend that for some reason, he always seemed to attract the craziest fans.
When I read that, I laughed.
Clearly he'd never been to the Rockman Record, or heard the likes of Susan or, well, I could list names forever, couldn't I?
