The hysteria is all in your mind. There is no crisis on this board. The only complaints about Mr.Egg are that:
- he starts multiple threads that could be combined
- he doesn't use "NJC"
- his grammar isn't perfect
- he mentions a Rugby match
All of those things are perfectly allowed, and no reason to act like the board is in shambles. The rest is all unnecessary paranoia and hostility. No rescue is needed.
