| Jacqueline, I've got a question/suggestion. Do you think the time has come to post 'rules', if you will, regarding conduct on the RR? It's been a long time since I signed up and short of registering e-mail addresses, is anything else asked/told/required? There was a time when a move like this would have been considered unnecessary overkill, but instead of posters yelling for IP checks and pleading with trolls to quit reposting past posts--and then people getting suspended without explanation, maybe laying down simple ground rules up front would be helpful. We're a group used to talking about whatever in a very unfettered way, but with the altered dynamic from past events, maybe we should re-establish some perimeters so at least people (especially new posters) are given fair warning to acceptable behaviour. Just a thought. Leesa > it's bad manners and a waste of space. > > Thanks > Jacqueline | |
