| Hmmm...I'm not going to be too original here, but I honestly think nothing beats the original Bat Out Of Hell cover. The power with which the motorcycle is bursting out of the ground, the straining of every muscle on the rider, the way the Bat is seemingly screaming towards the heavens....absolutely fucking awesome. I may also be in a minority, but I don't like the Bat2 cover at all. It just looks cheap and tacky compared to the original, and I much prefer the Very Best of Meat Loaf cover (my fave after Bat...) and even the Bat 3 cover (heresy, I know) to that rather pallid interpretation. Just my two pence worth. | |
