The print is by the artist JK Potter and I've always admired the dream-sea and girl. I've tried to find a nice art print of it for my wall, but haven't come across anything, though it's been a few years since I've done a search.
On the other hand, tons of Michael Whelan prints are available on eBay and elsewhere in the net. I've got 3 of his pieces at home.
