Pud,

In my previous post I mentioned that millions of people find Christianity rewarding and meaningful. That might be a place to start. :-)

Christianity has been with us for so long so pervasively that it's impact and the Bible's impact can be seen in most of our great books, our art, our moral philosophy, and our politics. I wouldn't even know where to begin pointing out good that the Bible has done.

It just seems a little unfair to blame the Bible for everything wrong that has happened during its period of great influence, but refuse to give it credit for the good stuff.
