There are some other bits like that in the same song ... for example one where Meat crouches over to sing but nothing comes out* and the camera switches to Randy Flowers.
*A microphone malfunction, of course.
But why they didn't bother to fix these things afterwards, I don't know. Maybe they did all the "fixing" live and someone was a bit slow pressing the right button?
