By simple comparison within the track itself, it's clear that it's definitely a different voice from Ellen's, and by comparison with Patti's voice, it certainly sounds like her. However, I think the best way to settle this is for someone to pull something remotely similar to the same effect with an MP3 of "Paradise" as on the original "Bat" for comparison purposes.
