| ...wouldn't it be great if it was also on YouTube? (wink, wink). :) xxx JD http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/tv/x_factor/article523680.ece IT WILL be the Best of British this weekend on The X Factor as the gang tackle hits from The Beatles, Queen and Wham. And who better than one of Britain’s biggest bands over the last quarter of a century, Duran Duran, to give the hopefuls some pointers? For the first time, each contestant will perform two songs. Hope will do We Will Rock You and 2 Become 1. Same Difference take on Wake Me up Before You Go Go and Any Dream Will Do. Leon Jackson sings The Long and Winding Road and Crazy Little Thing Called Love. Rhydian Roberts also tackles a bit of Queen with Somebody To Love, as well as I Vow to Thee My Country/World In Union. And Niki Evans performs Fields of Gold and Total Eclipse of The Heart. Rhydian is a hot favourite to win the competition at around 3-1 ON, Niki is around 7-1, Leon at about 8-1, Same Difference at 9-1 generally. Hope are rank outsiders with some bookies going as much as 40-1. | |
