January 2008 issue of Empire magazine (just out) has a great 5 page feature on Joker in the new Dark Knight film.
Michael Caine comments that Heath Ledger's performance is 'stunning', and has played Joker like 'an absolutely maniacal murderous psychopath'.
Ledger comments that Joker is 'an absolute sociopath, a cold-blooded, mass-murdering clown'.
