| Thanks Dave for hosting (yet again)! Just a bit of background on the interviews: Capitol Radio June 1993 - I think this was the first interview globally, where Meat talks about Bat 2, the tracklist, and meeting Jim for the first time (which was news to me back then). He also does the chorus of 'Anything For Love' a cappella. Radio 1 1995 - Promoting WTTN, Meat mentions that he wanted Jim to co-write for that album, with Desmond Child & Diane Warren. Radio 1 - I think this interview was from the mid-90's and is basically a collection of suoundbites from Jim, Meat, Diane Warren, Cher etc. Jim talks about laying doughnuts around the studio, during Bat 2 sessions, so Meat would gain weight. Bonnie Tyler - Short Interview promoting 'Making Love' back in 1995. I think she mentions that she played Jim a tape of her mother singing (opera) and he liked it so much, he decided to sample, and put on the front of the track (a good decision IMO). | |
