My point in mentioning the WTC attacks is, under Guiliani's watch, two of the biggest terrorist acts on American soil occured, and Guiliani could not have done anything about them. So when he's parading his wrinkly ass around as the toughest on crime, the toughest on terrorism, the toughest on border security etc etc etc if a terrorist wants to attack America again, there'll be absolutely sod all he could do about it.
