Meat Loaf would always talk about the "Steinman time-scale". Remember that a lot of these projects took years. Jim tried to produce "The Dream Engine" for several years. He's tried to produce "Neverland" for thirty years!! "Bat Out Of Hell" took several years as well, "Renegade Angel" morphed into two albums when the record company wanted something out yesterday, "Back Into Hell" took seven years, and it only had 5 new songs. Jim wanted to write all new songs for "The Final At Bat", but Meat moved ahead with "The Monster Is Loose". Jim recycled a load of his old material because he was only given a month on "Tanz" and "Wuthering Heights". He obviously felt passionate about "Batman", because it was more daring and wonderful than "Tanz" IMO, and it fell apart on him.

After all that, we should be really kissing the floor if he even blogs twice in a week!
