I totally know what you mean when you talk about the 'chills' you got on first hearing. That's EXACTLY what I was trying to convey in my other posts - and it was the only song on TMIL that did that for me. I actually like the fact that it doesn't build up, it just lays it on the line from the start and gives you 5 minutes of pure noise - a bit like All Revved Up... What I'd really love to hear (in fantasy land of course, as it'll never happen) is a Jim production of Meat singing this version of the song. I think that could well be my nirvana. | |
