I've asked the question before, as to what Bat songs are in or out.
I don't think 'Objects' has the right 'vibe' for Bat, but it is a song about 'looking back', so I can envisage senarios for all the lead characters.
If he does use it, then the lyrics will obviously need tweaking.
I think his variation of the song in Tanz (Endless Appetite) was brilliant, and who's to say he can't/won't do it again for Bat?
Maybe a soliloquy for Hook, as it was for Krolock.
If Objects (or a variation of) is in Bat, I don't think many people (even the critics) will realise/care it was in another musical?
As long as he does something new/fresh with it, I won't mind either.
