Reading between the lines, I would suggest that Cowell/SonyBMG have asked Jim to come up with something for consideration, and it is nothing more than that, at this stage?
The article also implies that Jim is co-writing with Rhydian, which I doubt.
In any case, would be great if there was Steinman stuff on the album, as I think Robert's voice/style/image can do it justice, and the album will undoubtedly sell big (in the UK).
I also think Jim & the Bat producers will be missing a trick if they don't put something from the 'upcoming Bat musical' on the album.
Only hope it's a 'new' song, or at least a new Steinman production.
And what are the odds now for Roberts taking the Bat musical lead? He's gotta be a strong candidate?
