That's the only classical track I know by Therion.
Classical sounding would be Draconian Trilogy, Crying Days, Via Nocturna... Actually most of them from the last couple of albums. They've used classical singers and choirs for years now.
Manowar I think did Nessun Dorma a while back. Wouldn't know how it sounds, it's been too long since I heard it.
