Now that you mention Warren, what I also found interesting about "I'd Lie For You" was that it not only seemed like a xerox of "Anything For Love" but "Everything I Do (I Do It For You)" as well. Listen to the latter, there's even lines with "I'd lie for you" and "walk the wild for you". In general, I can't stand Diane Warren's music. I'm glad for her success, truly, but she ruined Meat Loaf for me, she ruined Aerosmith and so many other things that I just can't forgive her for. Should have stucked with Michael Bolton and Celine Dion because that area was definitely her forte.
