| See no reason what a black hard drive would have to do with it or why on earth you opened the hard-drive. Usually it's enough to open the PC case and leave the components pretty much alone. Anyway, here's a temperature guide: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/221745-29-core-quad-temperature-guide If it crashes already on 68,0C by just using Office equivalent software without being stressed out by either a 3d benchmark or hardware intensive game then I'd say the cooling unit might not be attached as it should be or that the cooling unit on the cpu is too weak. > Is anyone an expert on this?
