I've uploaded the "Monsters of Rock" Bat Out of Hell documentary. It's fairly recent and includes stuff about TMIL. Jim gets mentioned a few times, of course, but isn't interviewed. You do get to see a photo of Jim that the makers decided to use without (my) permission though ...
