The way I read it, those are the worst places to live in. If you look at the chart below it, New York is number 2 for suicides on an age adjusted scale. Hardly a happy place to live. But why Hawaii would have so much mental health problems is beyond me unless they are wishing for things as they were before they were over run with growth.
