No other lyrics. First time I read the title (http://www.jimsteinman.com/hook.htm), I immediately thought of the Joker, and therefore my writing had only that in mind.
However, with some slight tweaks in the chorus (ie getting rid of Gotham City) it could easily be for anyone, and primarily Sweeney Todd or Hook?
