I was afraid of getting the lines wrong so I got the lyrics off carpejugulum, see how well that worked out. After listening to two versions of the song I'm convinced the line you posted is correct, and it makes more sense.
While listening, this one jumped out as a favorite as well. Hell, the whole song is great.
