I can't listen to the FFVII overworld theme without the words "Draussen ist Freiheit" passing through my mind. I've thought that ever since I first heard both of them, even though "Draussen ist Freiheit" came from a Confidence Man tune (....whichever one it was, I forgot....)
Belmont: FFVI is my favourite FF game. I also like "Dancing Mad" more than "One Winged Angel" at this point, it's got so many components, and especially if you consider the limitations of the Super Nintendo, it's a great feat. Some renditions I've found have been utterly terrifying, like this one someone showed me the other day.... though it may be because I can't help but think that the girl on piano is really Sadako from the Japanese horror movie The Ring.
I haven't really liked much of Uematsu's music since around the "Hanjuku Hero vs 3D tai" soundtrack. It would be really cool to meet him, though.
Oh and I guess Setzer looks like Jim in the little in-game graphics of him in FFVI, but not at all in the character profile pics. I think maybe Jim is a little cooler and gothic, more Alucard from Castlevania....
