Anyone else catch Carly Smithsons performance on American Idol?
When they first announced she was singing it I got real excited. That excitement quickly faded. Not too great of a performance. She's usually a really great singer. Perfect for a Bonnie Tyler song, but this was a poor attempt. She screwed up quite a few lyrics. I know I'm nitpicking because I think it's one of the best written songs, and such a Steinman fan (obviously). But little lyrical differences means you don't understand the song, and thus can't be performed right. It's too new for a video to be up yet but probably by tomorrow.
Still miles better than Kelly Osbourne.
