Thanks Will. We (Julie, Pudding and myself) are at the airport now, and our flight is expected to leave on time, so for us at least things are going smoothly. I've checked the BA web site, and the flight that Ann/Diane/MaryAnn/etc are on is flying now, albeit an hour late. Of course I don't know if they have their luggage on the flight, or if the Heathrow T5 baggage woes have affected them.
