You're going through all of that and a sinking house?? How?? Just come back to Melbourne/Geelong. It's better than it's ever been in the past. I remember when I was younger it looked like a bit of a hole (Of course, the riot scenes and madness continues in Norlane and Corio. LMAO sooo Twilight Zone that somebody else on here has heard of Norlane and Corio.) Btw. I got you-know-what, and I did send an email, but don't know whether or not you received it. It's on the shelve, and I'm looking at it now. It's a bloody beauty and my local Steinman friends have been green with envy.
