first of all, JD congratulations!!!
my personal life is going really good at the moment:
It's nearly one year ago since I left home and moved to the 300km far Cologne, and time flew.
I'm studying Journalism at a private university at the moment.
Additionally I'm volunteering for a small news-magazine and will start working for two rather big radiostations soon.
The family is ok after the rather turbulent time last year (father broke his leg, was diagnosed with diabetes, grandmother died, mother broke her arm), only problem is that due to the tight uni schedule I only see them two or three times a year (next time in september).
I'm together with the girl that I love (pic below) for nearly six months now, and its been the best time of my life so far.
She is also a Meat/Stein-fan (which has certain advantages lol). It is only sad that I see her only every second weekend, as she lives quite a few km away, but we manage to phone every night about 2 to 3 hours, with only two or three exceptions the last 6 months.
Events that are planned for this year so far are We Will Rock You in June, one or two Meat Loaf concerts in July/August, the german Meat Loaf fan meet up in September, visiting the family for a few weeks in september and of course Tanz in November, which will be my first steinmeet :-D.
