Oh sweet Jesus, anything mentioned more than two days ago my memory goes all fuzzy.
I wouldn't have recomended and Australian wine, it would have been a New Zealand chardonnay or a Sauvignon Blanc, more than likely it would have been 'Five Flax', ' Mount Riley', or a Villa Maria. Villa Maria special reserve is very good.
