It doesn't matter if a lot of money changed hands. It just matters how the copyrights are filed. But as I said in the first post, Jim has done what he wanted to and Ray has never made an issue of it. Just as Jim has done in several other instances. Kunze said Jim had no right to do what he did with DOTV and that he could have sued him and stopped the show... but he didn't.
