Well JD said that this is not the official logo, but one of a few concepts that are currently under review. If one of those concepts gets out then they should all by rights be incredibly pissed, and have very stern words with the boy genius that facilitated it. This is confidential stuff, it is not finished, and until it is it shouldn't be seen.
But you're right, what they (Rinkoff and whoever else. I'm sure it's not entirely his fault) need to realise is that people don't "leak" these things because it's fun, but because there's a need. So if things keep making themselves seen or heard that aren't yet ready to be seen or heard, it's actually just a hurry up to get the fucking thing done / launched / promoted...
