JD has already said that Jim is not involved (I don't think he ever was and, for all we know, has never heard his voice?).
I think Rhydian (under instructions from his record label?)was spreading bullshit back in Jan/Feb, in the hope that Jim might get involved.
His website states that he is working with Walter Afanasieff and some Swedish guys (Cowell loves the unending supply of Scandanavian production teams).
I do hope though that Jim does get involved, if only on one track, preferably new (and from the Bat Musical). Rhydian has a great voice & image, and the album is bound to shift a lot of copies (in the UK).
In addition, I doubt if it would take a lot of work on Jim's part. Rinkoff must have hundreds of backing tracks finished, just waiting for the right vocals?
Still think Rhydian would make a great Peter in the Bat musical.
