If it was reported in some gossip column, I wouldn't believe it. Andrew has talked about the project, himself, on his blog and in the media. There are several high-profile names connected to the creative team and, if that was a lie, they would say something. Surely? Remember how Tim Burton denied his involvement in "Batman: The Musical"? And Tim Rice said he had nothing to do with Phantom 2?
