I always thought that made perfect sense.
They both sing 'you have the right to remain silent'. Then she sings 'if I exercise my right' and he says 'I will take your bodylanguage and hold it against you tonight'.
He implies that she still talks to him, even if she says nothing, and that he will 'hold that against her' though probably not in court but in bed...
in short, he will make all her unspoken wishes come true??
