You have nothing but speculation and what you would do in that situation to base your argument on. Jim was being sued for $50Million so Meat could use the trademark and Jim agreed to let him so long as Meat had nothing to do with Jims Bat Out Of Hell musical, why isn't that deal enough? why does money have to be involved? Bat3 didn't make that much money. Another point you might want to consider is, I believe Jim holds the trademark to Bat Out Of Hell in America, but Meat holds the trademark in the UK, Jim wants to open Bat Out Of Hell: The Musical in UK. You do the math on that one ;o) | |
