I remember everything!!! I remember every little thing as if it happened only yesterday.... I was barely 14, and there were just a handful of us on the Jimlist...

Then I became barely 17, barely dressed, and somehow fell off the face of the planet. *sniff* It's really sweet that you guys remember me!

So...what to catch up on?

Those of you who remember the Good old Days may remember my side-kick Melody. (We co-authored the infamous "Left in the Dark" story back in our youth.) She goes by Maize now, and on May 9th of this year we were married in Windsor, ON... http://mandemic.com/wedding/Desktop.html

This is just fantastic:
"I thought Moco was cool, though a bit strange for changing her name and dressing like Jim. But when she told me she became a lesbian because she was Jim's lover in a past life and to have sex with men would be cheating on him... well that put her in the Susan Nutter category for me."

ROFLMAO!!!!! The name change was one of the best decisions I ever made, and I wear my Steinman surname badge with pride. If you think dressing like Jim for Halloween was strange, you should have seen me kissing his shoes back in 1996. I have no idea what you're talking about with the past life thing -- but sounds like something BAAL wound say in a conversation with Max. Careful, Smeg -- Emily will need to bring you your meds if you get all worked up.

Maize and I haven't forgotten our obligations as the once-dubbed "Americong 2000" (thanks, Susan!!!!) -- we've spread The Dream Engine's legs open wide, and we are regularly involved in an interactive storytelling group that explores the universe of Assylum and Baal's origins... his legend throughout the City... and (since this is a proper BAT hero's cycle of course) his martyr's death and resurrection... Life is far more entertaining with The Historian narrating.

Angie mentioned our art:

(And our dog: http://darmoth.livejournal.com/ or http://mandemic.com/darmoth)

I can't promise I'll be here every day, but I'll try to make my visits a little more regular than they've been... And for the record, I had nothing to do with the authoring of the http://uncyclopedia.org/wiki/Jim_Steinman article, but I do have a thing for photos of kitties with froggies on their heads. I blame Baal!

I would love to hear from all of you, I remember you fondly...

Godspeed -
Moco
