$$MONEY$$ Once you've flogged a horse till it's dead, why not then chop it up and sell the meat?
Just to reply to a previous post. Jim was working on the lyrics for WDTW the same time (near enough) as he was working on the music for TdV. So Jim could quite easily have worked on POTO2 if he put his mind to it.
