Hey cool comments from an obviously wise man...LOL!
Just to let you know I could never have written this without being inspired by Jim's GREAT title (only Jim could've thought of that title), and listening to his great Batman demos (I'll always love Vespers/Graveyard Shift).
One day I will try & do a real polished version of 'Ribbons'; better piano, real drums, more strings, more BV's and rock guitar from the 'kill 'em all' section onwards, although I think the lyrics are perfect.
BTW - The 'retreads' in Batman (or anywhere else) have never bothered me at all. I'm always fascinated by how Jim re-invents & expands.
